Attorney Profiles

Ms. Tullio is a recent graduate of The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, and associate in the law firm of MacKelvie & Associates, P.C.  She has been a member of the Firm since 2001, serving in various positions, with Law Clerk as the most recent. 

During her law school tenure, Ms. Tullio excelled as a student, graduating in the top fifteen percent of her class and receiving numerous academic awards including the Dean's Scholarship for Academic Excellence, the Excellence for the Future Award in Constitutional Law I, the Excellence for the Future Award in Remedies, as well as being on the Dean's list for all quarters in attendance.  Ms. Tullio was also an active participant of The John Marshall Law School student community as a member of the Women's Law Caucus and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Ms. Tullio's relevant coursework, which is supportive of the core practice areas of the Firm, includes: Corporations, Bankruptcy, Administrative Law, Civil Procedure, Remedies, Trial Advocacy, Federal Courts, Conflicts of Law, Counseling and Negotiations, Real Estate Transactions, Payments Systems, Secured Transactions and International Business Transactions.  Ms. Tullio is active in the Arts and has an interest in Art and Entertainment law as well. 

Some of the representative projects in Ms. Tullio's current legal portfolio include a Motion to Dismiss in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and a Post-Hearing Brief for the Provider Reimbursement Review Board, an administrative adjudicatory panel of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, the acquisition of a Medicare-certified home health agency.
